Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chair

Location: Office-Based
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, smart, and professional Personal Assistant to the Chair to provide executive support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Chair’s office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, presentable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chair’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Chair, handling communications professionally.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Organise office activities and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients on behalf of the Chair.
  • Support business events and meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and senior professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and online meeting platforms.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator is preferred.
