Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Clinical Director and Head of Radiology.
Role Details
- Duration: 12 month secondment in Radiology, supported by the Radiology Administrative Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Clinical Director (CD) and Head of Radiology (HoR), providing proactive, comprehensive and efficient administrative and personal assistant support to ensure an efficient service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Radiology team and service, to provide detailed advice and information to Radiology teams and wider stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support the Radiology Senior Leadership team with meetings, management of action trackers and invoices.
- Based at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital but expected to work across all sites as required.
