Are you quick-thinking, organised, and good at getting things done? Would you like to build your career working closely with the leadership team of a growing tech company?
We’re looking for a bright, proactive Personal Assistant to help our executive team keep on top of busy working lives and personal commitments.
You don’t need years of PA or EA experience. You might be starting your career, looking for your next step, or moving into a different kind of role. What matters most is that you learn quickly, use good judgement, and follow things through.
You’ll get exposure to how a tech business operates, work directly with senior leaders, and have opportunities to take on more responsibility as your confidence and skills grow.

We envisage this as a full-time role, but we’re happy to discuss reduced hours or a flexible working pattern for the right person, including fitting work around school hours, childcare, or other commitments.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering business support and personal admin. You’ll help with:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Previous experience in admin, customer service, coordination, or a support role could be useful, but it isn’t essential. We’re interested in how you think, how you work, and what you could grow into.
What You Can Expect
A role with variety, trust, and responsibility, working closely with a busy executive team. We’ll teach you our systems and ways of working, and you’ll have room to develop as you become more confident.
You’ll need to be comfortable supporting both professional and personal matters, from arranging a business meeting to sorting a personal booking.
Very occasional weekend support may be needed for a small urgent task. This would be discussed clearly and is not an expectation of constant availability.
