Personal Assistant to the Headteacher
Broadhurst School is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. The Personal Assistant to the Headteacher will provide high quality, confidential and proactive administrative support to ensure the effective organisation.

Broadhurst School is a warm, family-run nursery in Hampstead, London, where children are encouraged to learn, explore and grow in confidence. We pride ourselves on our close relationships with families and our caring, welcoming community.
We are now looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Headteacher to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the Headteacher while helping with admissions, marketing and the smooth running of school life.
- Working closely with the Headteacher, the successful candidate will help coordinate the many operational, administrative and organisational demands of school leadership.
- The role will also have a particular focus on admissions, marketing, initial parent communication and school development, helping to ensure that Broadhurst continues to provide an excellent experience for children and families.

This is a varied and hands-on role requiring an individual who is highly organised, approachable, professional and able to manage competing priorities with discretion and efficiency.
- The successful candidate will be confident working independently, anticipating the needs of the Headteacher and ensuring that important tasks, meetings, communications and deadlines are managed effectively.
This is a three day per week role, with the expectation that the successful candidate will organise their time effectively to provide consistent and reliable support to the Headteacher.
- The role may require occasional flexibility outside the normal working pattern for significant school events, meetings or other matters requiring the Headteacher’s support.
