Role Overview
This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.
Role Purpose
We require an experienced assistant who can juggle workload and enjoys being busy in a varied role. This role is for coverage of holiday and sick leave and may change from team to team depending on where the coverage is required. Previous experience in Diary Management, use of expense systems and booking travel is important for the role and a background as a PA / EA in the Banking industry is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Outlook inbox and diary management
- Organisation of meetings (on and off site)
- Arrangement of travel and accommodation
- Coordination and production of presentations and management reports
- Supporting Executive Management
- General Typing, Document Scanning & Filing support
- Office Management cover when required

- Previous PA experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a one-to-one role
- Have the passion, drive and attention to detail to deliver the very highest levels of customer service
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
- Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
- Understand professional etiquette and have the emotional intelligence to engage with the visitors and guests appropriately
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively
- Energetic and proactive
- Flexible approach and a ‘can do’ mind-set
- Strong teamwork ethic
- Demonstrable alignment with UTB’s core values of Teamwork, Service, Integrity and Tenacity
