Personal Assistant Role in Financial Services

As a Personal Assistant in the financial services industry, based in the City of London, you'll play a key role in providing 1-2-1 support to an MD. This includes diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating global travel.

Description

Personal Assistant responsibilities:

  • Providing 1-2-1 support to a Managing Director.
  • Inbox and diary management.
  • Drafting and responding to emails on MD's behalf.
  • Liaising with senior internal and external members.
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with organizing events and team activities.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Ensure efficient office operations by addressing administrative needs.

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience providing 1-2-1 support.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, liaising with C-Suite members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in a similar role, within financial services.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour.
