Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Personal Assistant (Volunteer) role supporting the leadership team at Quilombo UK. The Personal Assistant will help manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments. Responsibilities include:

- Handling emails and correspondence
- Organizing digital files
- Preparing simple documents or presentations
- Taking meeting notes
- Basic clerical support such as updating contact lists, tracking tasks, and following up on agreed actions

The role also involves collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operational and organizational needs.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient Diary Management and scheduling skills to coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, digital filing, and basic data entry.
- Good digital literacy, including familiarity with email platforms, online calendars, and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in administrative support, volunteering, or community-focused organizations is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Commitment to inclusion, cultural awareness, and the mission of connecting and celebrating diverse communities.
