The Role
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (PA or EA) to provide high-level support to a senior executive and leadership team in a fast-paced environment for our key client in North Birmingham on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 1 year.
This is a varied role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation for the Managing Director and SLT team.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Organising and minuting meetings, tracking actions, and following up on key deliverables.
- Managing executive inboxes, prioritising correspondence, and handling enquiries professionally.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation, and expenses.
- Supporting company events, conferences, exhibitions, and employee engagement activities.
- Liaising with suppliers, visitors, and external partners.
- Assisting with HR administration and wider business projects.
- Coordinating office and facilities-related activities to maintain a professional working environment.
- Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

About You

- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar supporting an MD, senior leaders or executives.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive under pressure.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Due to the nature of the business you must be eligible for SC Clearance
