About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Private PA to support a UHNW family based in London.
This is a varied, hands-on role requiring exceptional discretion, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced private household environment. The successful candidate will work primarily from the family residence, overseeing day-to-day household operations whilst providing seamless personal and lifestyle support to the principals and wider family.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and calendar management
- Complex travel coordination including flights, visas, itineraries and concierge arrangements
- Managing medical, wellness and family appointments
- Overseeing household operations across the residence
- Liaising with household staff, contractors and external suppliers
- Assisting with events, entertaining and guest preparation
- Managing household expenses, invoices and budgets
- Shopping, gifting and lifestyle sourcing
- Supporting recruitment and coordination of household staff
- Maintaining household systems, inventories and records
- Ad hoc errands and round-the-clock problem solving as required

- Previous experience working within a UHNW private household
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, discreet and emotionally intelligent
- Calm under pressure with a flexible, hands-on approach
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Able to maintain complete confidentiality at all times
