About Us
Forward IQ is a specialized lead generation agency built exclusively for freight forwarders. We help logistics companies escape referral dependency and build predictable sales pipelines through LinkedIn content and cold email outreach. We know the industry inside out — and we create content that actually resonates with freight forwarders, shippers, and decision-makers in international trade.
We're not a generic marketing agency. We're deep in the logistics world, and we need someone who can go just as deep with us.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp Content Strategist to own our content engine. You'll be responsible for turning industry insights, sales psychology, and freight forwarding expertise into LinkedIn, long form and short form video content that educates, builds trust, and drives leads for Forward IQ.
If you live and breathe hooks, storytelling, and content that actually converts — keep reading.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
