Job Description

We are partnered with a highly successful and fast-growth branding agency who are working with some of the most ambitious founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs on the planet they help to build their personal brands and online presence.

We are looking for "Personal" Brand Managers to work with clients to build and scale their personal brands. We are ideally looking for experience building profiles across LinkedIn and/or Instagram/video.

Up to 40k

Location

London / Hybrid – 2 days in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communications, acting as a trusted advisor on brand voice, positioning, and strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding and content strategies across digital and social channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and video platforms (YouTube & Instagram).
  • Collaborate closely within a nimble, fast-paced team environment to bring creative concepts from ideation to delivery.
  • Monitor brand performance, campaign engagement, and content reach, using insights to refine future output.
  • Guide and support brand narratives to ensure a consistent, authentic tone across all client-facing touch-points.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in personal branding, executive positioning, or targeted LinkedIn strategy.
  • Outstanding client-facing communication skills with the confidence to present ideas and manage relationships effectively.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup or small team setting, demonstrating agility, initiative, and adaptability.
  • A strong track record in social media marketing, content creation, or digital brand management.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an eagerness to learn quickly and take ownership of projects.
