Are you ready to shape the voices of world-class founders and scale executive narratives that command attention?

At Profiles Creative, we are looking for an ambitious, junior-mid level Brand Manager to take ownership of personal brand strategies for top-tier entrepreneurs and CEOs.

You will manage high-impact personal brands across LinkedIn, newsletters, Instagram, and YouTube.

Acting as the strategic anchor for your clients, you will transform raw concepts into compelling, high-converting content while steering dedicated creative pods to execute at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Content Strategy & Creation: Architect bespoke content strategies for your assigned founder portfolio, writing high-calibre LinkedIn posts and newsletters that spark engagement and drive measurable growth.
  • Lead Client Partnerships: Serve as the trusted, day-to-day strategic partner for founders and executives, conducting regular performance check-ins, proactively addressing queries, and aligning content with overarching commercial goals.
  • Uphold Editorial Quality: Review, polish, and approve all content across your accounts prior to publishing, ensuring voice accuracy, strategic intent, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Direct Creative Pods: Collaborate with and steer dedicated writers and designers within your pod to produce cohesive, high-impact creative assets across multiple channels.
  • Translate Data into Insights: Continually interrogate audience analytics and platform algorithms to pinpoint performance trends, optimise ongoing output, and report clear findings back to clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
