About The Employer

I am mum to a teenage boy with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and autism. My son is a friendly young man with a great sense of humour. He can walk short distances independently and he uses an attendant propelled wheelchair when outdoors. He can transfer with supervision in and out of a car and travel safely. My son requires supervision at mealtimes, and he needs assistance with pad changes, personal care, dressing, and medication. He mainly communicates using Makaton sign, a communication aid and he can use his voice to speak with support. The PA must be a driver and car owner with a large enough boot to transport my son’s wheelchair. My son likes watching football, going bowling, visiting places of interest in the community and he has a weekly swimming lesson. I am looking for a PA to support him to engage in leisure activities of his choice, and to work on life skills and promote independence in the community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
