About The Role
We are currently seeking multiple compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our caring and committed aged care team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance, support, and hands-on personal care to residents within our aged care facility, while providing person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence. Your care will help ensure that each resident is treated with respect and empathy, while supporting their dignity, independence, and overall sense of well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct activities of daily living for residents while monitoring their well-being and reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Identify and report potential risks, hazards, changes in residents’ condition, and other concerns to the appropriate nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the team and provide support to other members when necessary
- Work in a supportive environment with leadership dedicated to your growth and success.

What You Will Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) - Essential
- Experience in a similar role – Preferred.
- Kind, caring and respectful
- Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Uses tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive matters and maintaining consumer privacy and confidentiality
Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
