Role Description
The Personal Development Agent role is a remote opportunity focused on guiding individuals through Rise To Thrive’s personal and leadership development offerings. In this role, you will connect with prospective and existing participants, help them identify suitable programs, and support them in creating aligned personal growth and income strategies. You will provide ongoing guidance, track progress, and encourage accountability through regular communication, online meetings, and follow-ups. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, hosting virtual consultations, sharing program resources, and collaborating with the wider team to improve participant experiences and outcomes. This position offers flexibility and is designed for individuals who are passionate about personal development and helping others achieve their goals.

- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring abilities to support clients in their personal and leadership development journeys.
- Skills in relationship building, community engagement, and client communication across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Comfort with remote work tools, online meeting platforms, and digital course environments.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and maintain structured follow-up and accountability systems.
- Experience or interest in personal development, leadership development, coaching, or related fields.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Background in sales, consulting, or education is beneficial but not required.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory practices when working with clients and colleagues.
