Role description and responsibilities
This is a remote, flexible opportunity.
The consultant will support conversations around personal development, leadership growth, mindset, resilience, career reinvention and intentional lifestyle design. The role is suited to someone who can communicate with professionals in a credible, thoughtful and emotionally intelligent way, particularly those who may be feeling burnt out or ready to rethink the next stage of their working life.

Day-to-day activities may include the following:
- Connecting with prospective clients or participants and conducting interviews;
- Sharing information about personal development programmes;
- Supporting individuals through the enquiry process;
- Participating in online learning and development sessions;
- Contributing to brand-aligned conversations around growth, leadership and lifestyle design; and
- Designing, placing and monitoring adverts across various platforms.
The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, personal responsibility and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. It would suit someone who values flexibility, personal growth, ethical communication and long-term relationship building.
Who this may suit
This opportunity may be suitable for professionals with the following qualifications and/or experience in:
- Professional services or corporate experience is strongly preferred;
- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills;
- Interest in personal development, leadership growth and mindset work;
- Ability to engage with professionals in a thoughtful and credible manner;
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely;
- High personal standards and a values-led approach to communication;
- Comfortable using online tools, video calls and digital communication platforms;
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, consulting, facilitation, leadership or business development would be advantageous; and
- Prior entrepreneurial, consulting or independent business experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
