Role Summary
Connect with professionals exploring personal and professional growth, conduct structured discovery and follow up conversations, and introduce established personal development and leadership education programs. This opportunity may particularly suit an experienced professional who has spent years working with people and is now looking to apply those skills in a different way.
What You’ll Do
CONNECT
- Build genuine relationships with people exploring personal and professional growth. Engage through phone and Zoom conversations.
COMMUNICATE
- Understand individual goals, share relevant program information, answer questions and guide suitable individuals through an established discovery and follow up process.
BUILD
- Use established digital marketing and business systems to support outreach, relationship building and ongoing activity.

Who We’re Looking For
This may suit someone with approximately 8+ years of professional, business or leadership experience.
Your background may include sales, marketing, business development, client relations, consulting, people and culture, learning and development, education, leadership or professional services.
You’ll ideally be someone who:
- Connects naturally and enjoys building relationships
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is comfortable using phone and Zoom
- Is self directed and accountable for their own activity and outcomes
- Has strong professional English communication skills
- Is open to learning, personal development and continued growth
- Can dedicate approximately 15 to 20 focused hours per week
- Has a laptop and reliable internet connection
Work Remotely. Grow Professionally.
You’ll operate remotely while connecting with an established international community and participating in ongoing online training, mentorship and development. The educational programs, digital systems, training and global infrastructure are already established. You bring the drive. The infrastructure is there.

This is an Independent, Performance Based opportunity within the Personal Development and Leadership Education industry.
It is not a traditional salaried employment position. There is no fixed or guaranteed income, and individual results vary depending on personal effort, skills, consistency and circumstances. The model offers flexibility to structure your activity around your own schedule and goals while working within established systems and processes.
