Role: Personal Financial Advisor
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Personal Financial Advisor to guide individuals and families through comprehensive financial planning. The role combines deep planning expertise with empathetic, long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive financial plans across investments, retirement, tax, and estate
  • Recommend and implement strategies tailored to each client's goals
  • Conduct annual reviews and ongoing portfolio rebalancing
  • Build and grow a book through referrals and proactive outreach
  • Maintain compliance with fiduciary, regulatory, and disclosure requirements
  • Document client interactions and recommendations thoroughly

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 / Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent licensure)
  • 3+ years in personal financial advisory or wealth management
  • CFP designation strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client presence
  • Track record of growing AUM and long-term client relationships
