Personal Injury Legal Advisor, Swansea

GBP 30,000+ (DOE) plus extensive benefits.

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Advisor to join its busy and successful Injury Services team.

The ideal candidate will already have experience within a Personal Injury as a Legal Advisor, Paralegal or Fee Earner role and be confident managing a busy workload.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Injury Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to conclusion. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
  • Handling Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) matters
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation using the firm's case management system
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care
  • Providing support to solicitors on multi-track and complex personal injury cases
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and relevant third parties
