Join a Growing Claimant Personal Injury Team
Harkaye Core Talent is delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive claimant law firm to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team handling a varied caseload of litigated Road Traffic Accident (RTA) matters. You'll work in a supportive environment where quality legal work, client care and career development are genuinely valued.

The Opportunity
You'll manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated Fast Track personal injury matters, including claims that have exited the RTA and OIC Portals.
Your caseload will involve:
- Non-Portal Fast Track RTA claims.
- Litigated Part 7 and Part 8 matters.
- Liability and quantum disputes.
- Pre and post-litigation case management through to settlement or Trial where appropriate.

This is a busy and rewarding role that will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their files while delivering exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload from liability decision through to settlement.
- Handle litigated personal injury claims through all stages of the process.
- Draft witness statements, court applications and instructions to Counsel.
- Prepare Trial bundles and comply with Court directions.
- Accurately value general and special damages.
- Identify litigation opportunities and develop effective case strategies.
- Deliver excellent client service throughout every stage of the claim.
- Meet commercial and performance objectives while maintaining high technical standards.
- Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- At least two years' experience handling litigated personal injury claims.
- Strong knowledge of the RTA and OIC Portals and associated protocols.
- Experience managing Fast Track litigated claims.
- Confidence handling disputed liability and quantum matters.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to case management.
- Experience with Proclaim case management software would be advantageous but is not essential.
