What's on offer?

What will you do?
- Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL & RTA personal injury claims
- Manage your caseload from start to finish
- Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
- Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
- Instruct and brief counsel
- Assist supervising solicitor with post-litigated cases

What will you need?
- 3+ years experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA matters
- (Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of MoJ Portal CPR
- Pre-Litigation experience
- Post litigation experience is beneficial, but not essential
