Job Description
The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Case Manager to manage pre-litigation motor vehicle accident cases from intake through demand readiness.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation caseload.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and bills.
- Handle property damage claims and support case progression.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare files for demand readiness.

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 1 year of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience handling motor vehicle accident cases.
- Experience coordinating medical treatment, insurance communications, property damage claims, and case progression.
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm and managing a high-volume caseload.
