An award-winning specialist law firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal to support its highly experienced Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm recognised for handling complex, high-value cases while maintaining a strong focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
The Role
Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will assist with a varied caseload involving serious injury and clinical negligence matters. Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with case management from inception through to conclusion
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Reviewing medical records and evidence
- Liaising with clients, experts, and third parties
- Preparing court bundles and supporting fee earners with litigation matters
About You
- Previous paralegal experience in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, or Litigation preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
- Ambitious and motivated to develop within specialist claimant litigation
