Personal Injury Solicitor – EL/PL & Regulatory NQ+

This top-tier Bristol team handles high-value EL/PL claims with the added opportunity to gain exposure to regulatory law, product liability, and inquest work. This is a rare chance to build a diverse litigation career in a nationally respected firm.

  • Location: Bristol
  • Work pattern: Hybrid
  • Salary: Up to £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Level: Associate - NQ + PQE
  • Defendant Litigation Focus

Range of EL/PL work with exposure to regulatory

  • Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track, and catastrophic injury matters
  • Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
  • Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law, and inquests
  • Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters
