Personal Injury Solicitor – Nottingham

We are working with an established and growing law firm in Nottingham who are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in claimant personal injury litigation, particularly someone who has experience handling Multi-Track and complex cases and is looking for a role where they can take genuine ownership of their caseload.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, dealing with a varied range of litigated claims and taking responsibility for more complex and substantial cases.

The role will include:

• Managing personal injury claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.
• Handling Multi-Track litigation and complex personal injury cases.
• Dealing with liability and quantum issues and providing clear, practical advice to clients.
• Preparing pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, court applications and other litigation documentation.
• Conducting legal research and reviewing medical and other evidence.
• Preparing cases for hearings and trials, including working with Counsel where required.
• Advising clients throughout the litigation process and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Contributing to the continued development of a busy and growing Personal Injury team.
