Personal Injury Solicitor OL/EL/PL
Location: Remote Options
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Opportunity
We are currently working with a growing law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its established team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong background in Employers Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability work who is confident managing their own caseload and taking matters through to conclusion.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of OL/EL/PL claims, providing clients with clear legal advice and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to settlement or Trial.

- Managing a caseload of OL/EL/PL personal injury claims.
- Handling claims arising from workplace, public liability and occupiers liability accidents.
- Taking ownership of matters from inception through to settlement and, where required, Trial.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service throughout their claim.
- Progressing files efficiently and managing deadlines effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant case records.
- Using case management systems to manage and progress matters.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years PQE as a Personal Injury Solicitor, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong experience across OL/EL/PL claims.
- The ability to manage claims through the full lifecycle, including Trial.
- A good understanding of Personal Injury law and claims procedures.
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
- Confidence managing a caseload independently.
- Good IT skills and experience using legal case management systems.
- Proclaim experience is advantageous but not essential.
