About The Role

A Personal Injury Solicitor (Claimant) with at least two years’ PQE is sought by an established regional firm in Exeter. This full-time role offers a salary between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience, alongside hybrid working arrangements. You will manage a varied caseload of claimant matters, building expertise across multiple case types. While clinical negligence experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. The position involves handling files independently and contributing to marketing initiatives. The Role

  • You will work on a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, giving you the opportunity to develop your experience across a broad range of cases.
  • Clinical negligence experience would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to marketing and business development, build relationships within the local community and help identify new opportunities for developing our personal injury practice.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Personal Injury Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking for that next role.

  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
