We are looking to hire a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our rapidly growing law firm in West London.

We are open to recruiting candidates on either a permanent, full-time basis or as a consultant, managing their own caseload. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, a bonus scheme, and professional development opportunities.

The role

The position requires a strong background in personal injury litigation, along with experience utilising MOJ portals. You will handle a varied caseload of EL, PL, and some RTA cases, focusing primarily on Fast Track work while also supporting partners on Multi Track matters.

What are we looking for?

Candidates will need experience in claimant personal injury and must have at least 1 year’s PQE. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in using a case management system to effectively prioritise and manage a high caseload.

  • Have excellent client care and communication skills (both oral and written);
  • Apply critical thinking and analysis to solve problems by using multiple sources of information to make reasoned decisions supported by relevant evidence;
  • Negotiate solutions to clients' issues by identifying all parties’ interests, objectives, and limits and presenting options for compromise persuasively;
  • Plan, manage, and progress legal cases proactively, taking into account how to maximise cases and achieve the best outcome for the clients and firm;
  • Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with colleagues, clients, and third parties and respond effectively to their particular needs, objectives, priorities, and constraints;
  • Have experience in pre-litigated and litigated personal injury matters (covering RTA, EL, PL & serious injuries);
  • Have relevant legal expertise in personal injury.
