🚨 Senior Personal Injury Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Hybrid

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in pursuer personal injury work who is looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, including both pre-litigation and litigated matters, from straightforward injury claims through to complex and serious injury cases.

The Role

You will manage your own portfolio of personal injury claims, with a strong focus on delivering excellent client care, achieving the best possible outcomes and contributing to the wider success of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of pursuer personal injury claims
  • Advising and supporting clients who have suffered traumatic and life-changing injuries
  • Taking instructions and conducting meetings with clients and expert witnesses
  • Analysing evidence and researching legal issues relating to liability, causation and quantum
  • Drafting statements, pleadings and other court documentation
  • Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation
  • Negotiating and optimising settlements for clients
  • Managing cases through a task-based case management system
  • Maintaining regular client contact and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Contributing to the profile and development of the department through articles, case reporting and commentary
  • Conducting technical and case reviews and providing feedback to management
  • Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the team
  • Working effectively within a target-driven environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
