The firm is looking to appoint a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1+ PQE to join its established team in West Sussex.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex matters.
The work is varied and covers both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, including:
- Road traffic accidents
- Employers' liability
- Public liability
- Occupiers' liability
- Misdiagnosis
- Failure to diagnose or treat
- Other complex injury and negligence claims

About You
- 1+ years' PQE in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
- Experience in either discipline will be considered, although exposure to both would be advantageous
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, protocols and case law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive approach to business development
- A genuine interest in developing your career within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence
