Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast for a Personal Injury/OL/EL/Clin Neg/RTA Paralegal. In this role, you will manage a caseload in one of the following areas personal injury, occupational liability, employer liability, clinical negligence, and road traffic accident matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and other parties involved, preparing case bundles, and ensuring timely progression of cases. You will also assist the legal team in hearings, negotiations, and settlements, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Experience in personal injury, clinical negligence, and and/or road traffic accident case management
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, preparing case bundles, and conducting legal research
- Strong client communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills with the ability to handle a varied caseload effectively
- Familiarity with legal software and tools to assist in document management and case tracking
- A dedicated and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- A qualification in law or paralegal studies is desirable but not mandatory
- Experience in a legal firm, particularly in a personal injury or related practice area, is an advantage
