About The Role
Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigator or Qualified Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigators to join our growing team, specialising in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your technical expertise and case-handling skills will be truly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury files from inception to settlement or trial
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and preparing trial bundles
- Negotiating settlements and liaising with counsel, clients, insurers, and third parties
- Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with service level agreements
- Providing a proactive, client-focused approach to litigation

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1.5/2 years’ experience handling litigated RTA and/or Personal Injury cases
- Strong working knowledge of the CPR and litigation process
- Confident in running fast-track cases independently (multi-track experience is a plus)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A results-driven, team player with excellent communication skills
- Solicitor or experienced non-qualified fee earner
