Personal Lines Insurance Sales Adviser
Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Adviser to join its Belfast team as the business continues to grow. You will work with new and existing customers, finding suitable insurance solutions across a broad product range while building strong customer relationships and developing sales opportunities.
The role is based in Belfast, with just one day per week in the office and the remainder of the time worked remotely. This hybrid arrangement offers flexibility alongside regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in person.

The Role:
- Provide insurance quotations and advice to new and existing customers, handling inbound and outbound enquiries.
- Service policies, process mid-term adjustments, verify no-claims bonuses, and issue renewal invitations.
- Identify suitable cross-selling and upselling opportunities, set up finance agreements where appropriate, and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Liaise with insurers and other partners, meeting regulatory and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
The Person:
- At least two years' recent insurance industry experience, ideally in personal lines, sales, or customer advisory work.
- Experience advising customers by telephone, providing quotations, and servicing policies.
- Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills, with confidence working towards targets.
- Open GI experience and a Cert CII qualification are advantageous but not essential.
