AIB is seeking a professional and client-focused Personal Portfolio Consultant (PPC) to manage and administer a portfolio of insurance clients. The role involves providing excellent client service, handling policy administration, supporting claims processes, and contributing to client retention through proactive communication and responsible upselling of relevant products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to build strong relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, handling policy amendments and claims, and contributing to business retention and growth through quality service and responsible upselling.

Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Administration
- Keep clients informed of any changes to their risk profile or premiums
- Assist with policy amendments (e.g., address, vehicle, driver changes)
- Conduct quality control checks on every client interaction
- Explain policy cover clearly and accurately
- Handle policy reinstatements, cancellations, and refunds
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily registers
- Ensure all documents are correctly scanned and filed
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
