Personal & Private Assistant – Music Artist

South London | £40,000 | Full-Time

✨ Are you someone who loves creating order, staying one step ahead and making life easier for others? Are you used to supporting talent in fast-paced environments? Do you thrive when making life easier for others? If so, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're searching for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a successful music artist in this unique, varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating international travel, the next organizing a home project, managing schedules, or supporting exciting events and experiences.

You'll be trusted to:

  • Manage busy diaries and ever-changing schedules
  • Coordinate UK and international travel (and travel with your Exec)
  • Organize appointments, reservations, and day-to-day logistics
  • Help oversee household operations and suppliers
  • Support personal projects and special events
  • Handle expenses and administration
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
  • Provide hands-on support both at home and while travelling

  • Experienced in the PA / Private PA or lifestyle management role
  • Positive and proactive
  • Highly organized and naturally calm under pressure
  • Emotionally intelligent and people-focused
  • Happy getting stuck in and turning their hand to anything
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
  • Tech confident and quick to learn
  • Excited by variety and new experiences
  • Experience in music or entertainment is a bonus but not essential
