Join a leading company in reducing insurance risk for major UK-based fleets! We're looking for a Personal Risk Coach in Leeds to help us manage and promote safe driving practices.

Personal Risk Coach Leeds/Bradford, BD10

Full Time, Permanent Salary £27,500 rising to £28,500 on completion of satisfactory probation. Office-based with some flexibility for remote working.

Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK.

Our client, a leading player in reducing insurance risk for major UK fleets, is looking for a Personal Risk Coach to join their Operational Hub in Greengates, located between Leeds and Bradford. The Hub receives risk event data from Risk Suppliers appointed by clients and uses bespoke software to highlight high-risk events, which are then treated with appropriate remedial action. This company is dedicated to reducing motor fleet claims and offers unique approaches to helping clients achieve this.

This is a mainly office-based role that involves expediting the Risk Program by engaging directly with suppliers and drivers to promote safer driving practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll be crucial in helping reduce motor fleet claims through innovative risk management strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
