Role Description
The Personal Secretary role at BNF INVESTMENTS is a full-time, on-site position located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Personal Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing correspondence and documents. The role also involves:
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Supporting basic office administration
- Ensuring that the executive’s time is used efficiently
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, maintain confidentiality, and support a professional and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management and confidential support.
- Solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, filing, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in a secretary, personal assistant, or executive assistant role, ideally supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with high attention to detail and discretion.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, calendars) and basic document formatting.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in the London Area, United Kingdom, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
