Our Personal Shopping department is focused on providing exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience through our Assisted Shopping service, to further build their engagement and loyalty.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role

As we continue to shape our virtual/assisted shopping approach you’ll play a significant part of this as a Personal Shopping Manager. You’ll be passionate about both traditional Retail “on site” sales through service as well as driving pro-active sales, leads and acquisition, through virtual experiences for customers.

Below is a snapshot of some of your responsibilities:

  • Performance coaching colleagues in your sales team to strive for the best possible performance – with particular focus on helping everyone understand the ‘how’ of the Art of Selling (face to face and virtual) and deliver exceptional sales through service result.
  • Assessing and interpreting data, reports, management information and insight to identify trends and shape opportunities to drive performance.
  • Routinely making commercial decisions to maximise trade opportunities. With particular focus on remote experiences and pro-active sales generation, customer acquisition, development and retention.
  • Fully understand the HNW luxury customer and their lifestyle, by developing one-to-one relationships. You will act as a senior point of point and ambassador of the brand, to further elevate client experience and loyalty to Harrods. This will be achieved through acting on first-hand insights to adapt service proposition, develop engagement initiatives and escalating / resolving areas of concern.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
