As a Personal Stylist, you’ll inspire customers with your styling expertise, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable brand experiences, all while achieving commercial goals.

About the Job

  • Deliver personalized styling consultations, creating emotional connections and unforgettable experiences
  • Inspire customers to experiment with their style, offering creative flair and tailored advice
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals, taking accountability for results
  • Collaborate as a team player and contribute to store success

About You

  • Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
  • Passionate and experienced in styling, with a strong sense of personal style and creative flair
  • Excellent questioning, listening, and customer service skills
  • Digitally proficient and comfortable using retail technology
  • A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship
  • Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
