As a Personal Stylist, you’ll inspire customers with your styling expertise, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable brand experiences, all while achieving commercial goals.
About the Job
- Deliver personalized styling consultations, creating emotional connections and unforgettable experiences
- Inspire customers to experiment with their style, offering creative flair and tailored advice
- Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs
- Achieve individual and team sales goals, taking accountability for results
- Collaborate as a team player and contribute to store success
About You
- Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Passionate and experienced in styling, with a strong sense of personal style and creative flair
- Excellent questioning, listening, and customer service skills
- Digitally proficient and comfortable using retail technology
- A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship
- Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
