University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Chelsea, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their daily activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transfers safely
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
