Personal Tax Semi Senior (PQ welcome)

London or Hertfordshire | Hybrid Working (1 Day in the Office) | Rare Junior Tax Opportunity

Working closely with experienced tax professionals, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients while continuing to develop your technical expertise across personal tax. The client portfolio includes:

  • Company directors
  • Owner-managed businesses
  • High-net-worth individuals
  • Self-employed individuals
  • Partnerships
  • Non-resident landlords

This is an excellent platform for someone looking to build a long-term career in private client tax within a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and submitting Self Assessment tax returns
  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 150-200 clients
  • Preparing Capital Gains Tax and ATED returns
  • Assisting with P11D and PSA compliance work
  • Corresponding directly with clients and HMRC
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Building strong client relationships

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in personal tax within an accountancy practice
  • Experience preparing Self Assessment tax returns
  • A solid understanding of personal tax compliance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A desire to continue developing within tax

ATT Students Encouraged to Apply

Candidates who are studying towards ATT, are part-qualified, or are planning to study are all encouraged to apply.
