Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Trainer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver individualized training programs, lead one-on-one sessions, and support group classes to help members achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively. Daily responsibilities include assessing client fitness levels, monitoring progress, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and providing ongoing motivation and feedback. The role also involves offering basic guidance on healthy habits, collaborating with other fitness professionals, maintaining a clean and safe training environment, and contributing to a positive club culture.

  • Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and adapt individualized workout programs.
  • Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse training styles and group sessions.
  • Working knowledge of Nutrition to provide general guidance that complements training plans.
  • Recognized fitness or personal training certification (e.g., REPs or equivalent), and current first aid/CPR certification.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, motivate clients, and build inclusive, respectful relationships with people of varying fitness levels.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professional conduct, and willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
  • Prior experience in a gym, health club, or sports setting is highly beneficial.
