Personal Trainer - Full Time Employed

About us
ClubQ is a private personal training gym in Fitzrovia, London providing premium 1-to-1 personal training to a high-end clientele. Our clients - senior executives, founders, financial professionals as well as people in the creative industries - pay premium rates and expect a service that justifies it.
The studio is intentionally small and only ever has two trainers working at once, so our clients get genuine attention in a focused environment, not the chaos of a commercial gym.
We're hiring a third trainer. The role is a permanent, long-term position. The hours are as follows (please only apply if you can work these hours):
- Monday: 14:15-20:15
- Tuesday: 8:45-13:45 + 17:15-20:15
- Wednesday: 6:30-12:30
- Thursday: 7:15-13:15 + 17:15-20:15
- Friday: 6:30-13:30

ClubQ is growing and we're looking for someone who wants to create a sustainable career within London's fitness industry. You must have a passion for fitness and be interested in improving your knowledge around training, nutrition, and psychology.
This role is designed to have you focus on coaching, programming, and looking after your clients. Crucially, you don't have to find your own clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person 1-to-1 training sessions to your assigned clients at the ClubQ studio
- Write and adapt every client's training programme and provide ongoing nutrition guidance
- Maintain regular communication with clients outside of sessions - check-ins, programme, questions, accountability
- Contribute to ClubQ's content when needed (social posts, articles, brand contributions)
- Expected to keep the gym environment clean and tidy

Requirements:
- Level 3 PT minimum, with at least 1 year of personal training experience
- Ideally comfortable working with senior or executive clientele
- Professional, attentive, discreet - our clients pay for proper care
- Reliable on the fixed schedule above
Compensation:
Starting Point (36 hours/week in total): £16/hour base salary paid for your scheduled hours regardless of session volume - your base income is guaranteed at £29,952/year. On top of this, you earn per-session commission, monthly volume and engagement bonuses, and retention bonuses at 3, 6, and 12-month client milestones. Total expected earnings: £29,952-£47,800.
