Are you a Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist or Pilates Instructor looking to upskill and specialise in Reformer Pilates?
Join Chilli Pilates, one of the UK’s fastest-growing Reformer studios, and be part of an exciting expansion across North London and Hertfordshire.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with fully paid training, structured career progression, and the chance to build a long-term career delivering both group classes and 1:1 sessions.

What you’ll be doing
- Deliver engaging, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
- Build and grow your own 1:1 client base (optional)
- Help clients improve their strength, mobility & confidence
- Primarily teach in 1–2 studios with opportunities to support nearby locations
- Create a premium client experience in every session

What we’re looking for
You’ll need ONE of the following:
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 3 Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates
- Sports Massage qualification
- Degree in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation
Plus:
- Full driving licence + access to a car
- Confident, motivated and client-focused mindset
- Availability: full time (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
- Passion for health, fitness and helping others perform at their best
