Personal Trainer (1–2 Years' Experience) | Common Purpose | Mayfair, London

OTE £30,000–£35,000

At Common Purpose, we've built a premium personal training environment where coaches are employees, not self-employed freelancers. That means structured working hours, consistent income, paid annual leave, ongoing mentoring, and a clear pathway for career progression.

We're looking for a Personal Trainer with around 1-2 years of coaching experience who wants to continue developing within a supportive, high-performing team.

About Us

At Common Purpose, our mission is simple: Help our members become stronger, healthier and more capable through best-in-class coaching.

We focus on building long-term relationships, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and developing coaches who genuinely care about their craft.

Every trainer is supported through regular mentorship, in-house education and structured performance reviews to ensure you're continually progressing as a coach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
