The Role
You will sit at the heart of the member experience, combining expertise, presence and commercial awareness.
You will:
- Deliver exceptional one-to-one and small group personal training sessions
- Design intelligent, personalised programmes aligned to each member’s goals and lifestyle
- Build meaningful relationships that drive long-term engagement and results
- Grow your client base through proactive member interaction, experiences and referrals
- Create standout fitness experiences that elevate the club environment
- Collaborate with club teams to deliver a seamless, premium member journey
- Track progress and continuously evolve your approach to maximise impact
- Represent Virgin Active with energy, credibility and professionalism
Expert or Elite — Where Do You Fit?
We are hiring across both levels, with clear progression pathways.
Expert Personal Trainer
- REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
- Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base
Elite Personal Trainer
- CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification
- Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level

£14.70—£25.75 GBP
