We’re looking for an exceptional health, fitness and performance professional to join a growing team within a high-performing corporate environment in Milton Keynes.

And we’re not looking for someone who simply wants to turn up, deliver a session and go home.

BUILD YOUR IDEAL ROLE

We want to understand what you’re great at, what you enjoy and what you want to develop.

Your role could include:

  • Delivering high-quality 1:1 personal training
  • Leading engaging group fitness classes
  • Supporting people on the gym floor
  • Designing individual training programmes
  • Monitoring progress and adapting programmes
  • Coaching people to improve their health, fitness and performance
  • Supporting education around exercise, recovery, nutrition and wellbeing
  • Building a positive and supportive fitness community
  • Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary performance and wellbeing team

  • Has experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Sports Coach or similar
  • Has a genuine passion for health, fitness and human performance
  • Is confident working with people of different abilities and experience levels
  • Has excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Can motivate, inspire and build strong relationships
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Has a good understanding of exercise, anatomy and physiology
  • Is professional, enthusiastic and committed to delivering an outstanding experience
