The Opportunity

As a Personal Trainer at Revo Fitness, you’ll have the chance to run your own business within our network of gyms, making a positive impact on members' fitness journeys. This role offers the freedom to operate independently, while also benefiting from the support and resources Revo provides. Key Responsibilities

  • Run Your Own Business: Take charge of your career by operating your own Personal Training business within the Revo Fitness community.
  • Member Experience: Guide and educate members on health and fitness principles, helping them achieve their personal goals.
  • Safe, High-Quality Sessions: Deliver engaging and safe fitness sessions, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of training.
  • Build Community: Foster a positive, thriving community within Revo Fitness by engaging with members and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other trainers, sharing knowledge, strategies, and resources to ensure everyone's success.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent tertiary qualification).
  • Must maintain valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Must maintain valid Insurance for your business.
  • Passion for Health and Fitness: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic, with the drive to grow and succeed independently.
  • Brand Alignment: A commitment to upholding the values and standards of Revo Fitness.
