We’re hiring: Founding Trainer & Sales Manager
Maxwellness is preparing to launch a new health and fitness site, and we’re looking for an exceptional Founding Trainer & Sales Manager to help build it from the ground up.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines excellent coaching with strong sales ability, energy, and commercial ownership.
You will be responsible for:
- Helping launch and establish the new gym
- Delivering and coordinating high-quality classes
- Managing membership enquiries, consultations, and sales
- Converting leads into long-term members
- Building relationships and keeping members engaged and motivated
- Creating a welcoming, high-performance community
- Maintaining an excellent experience throughout the facility
- Working closely with the founder and café team
- Being a consistent on-site presence five days per week
- Helping shape the culture and future growth of the location

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualified
- Confident in both coaching and sales
- Charismatic, organised, and highly reliable
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Passionate about movement, health, and community
- Commercially aware and motivated by results
- Excited by the opportunity to grow alongside Maxwellness
