Company Description

Encore Fitness is Hove's original Small Group Personal Training gym, and we've been part of the community for eleven years. In that time, we've built a place where people come to get stronger, move better, and feel their best — guided every step of the way by coaches who genuinely care.

We believe in real training. No fads, no gimmicks, just proven methods delivered with skill and heart. Our coaches take the time to understand each member, adapt to their goals, and celebrate their progress. That kind of personal attention is what sets us apart, and it's at the core of everything we do.

What makes Encore special is the atmosphere. It's warm, supportive, and full of energy. Members motivate each other. Coaches back one another. Passion here is contagious, and it pushes everyone — staff and members alike — to bring their best each day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
